A full haircut typically starts at $110+ for small breeds. Stand alone nail trims start at $30+ However depending on your dog’s size, coat type, coat condition, behavior and type of haircut will affect the total cost. To get a better idea of cost, please reach out by email with a picture of your dog and relevant information to get a more accurate quote for what services you are requesting. House call is a specialized service involving much more time taken for appointments, a one on one experience for your pup, along with travel, set up and clean up time which is factored into the cost.

We currently offer mobile grooming throughout Kelowna and surrounding neighborhoods including Lake Country, Oyama, and West Kelowna. If you're not sure whether I service your area, feel free to reach out!

I would come to you and groom your pup (or pups) in your home, bringing all my grooming equipment with me. All I need from you is a towel, broom or vacuum, and a quiet place to groom them with no distractions. This could be a garage, kitchen, bathroom etc. I will also need a sink or tub to bathe your pups in depending on their size, and a location to park nearby while I groom them in your house.

My equipment is specialized to work for small to medium-sized dogs. (0-40 pounds approx) This helps us provide a calm, one-on-one experience that's safe and comfortable for your pup. Excessively shedding breeds can also be difficult to accommodate due to the nature of hair getting everywhere during a de-shed treatment, so it is case by case and what you would be comfortable with as a client. For first-time clients, we ask that someone be present to greet us and help with any specific instructions. After that, we’re happy to work with whatever’s easiest for you and your pet.

Fear Free® grooming minimizes pets' anxiety by using gentle techniques, positive reinforcement, and a calm environment. It includes desensitization, counterconditioning, and calming aids to help pets relax. Grooming is done at the rate that your pet allows. The goal is to prioritize the pet's emotional well-being for a positive grooming experience. For pets that experience a higher level of stress, your appointment may be broken down into multiple visits so we can work through the anxiety rather then overwhelm your pet. For example, your pet may be booked in one day for a bath and brush and then again with in the following days to complete the hair cut.

Each service is one-on-one and tailored to your dog’s needs, so timing may vary. We focus on quality and comfort — not rushing through.

A full groom includes a bath, blow-dry, brush out, haircut (if needed), nail trimming, ear cleaning, with lots of gentle care. I always believe in humanity over vanity, and will not excessively de-matt pets as this creates a negative, painful grooming experience. Your pet comfort is my number one priority over a picture perfect haircut.

We use premium, eco-friendly, and pet-safe grooming products that are gentle on skin and coat such as the Melanie Newman line which is pH-balanced, pet-friendly formula contains no SLS, parabens, petrochemicals, or synthetic perfumes. It's 100% pure and natural. If your dog has allergies or sensitivities, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

Due to me being a one women show, unfortunately I am unable to accommodate overly aggressive or fear aggressive dogs for grooming due to their safety and the safety of myself. These dogs usually need vets supervision, or a shop environment with multiple groomers to safely complete the groom.
